Each session is carefully curated to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal growth held in a supportive, immersive environment.

This work is rooted in the belief that lasting change doesn’t come from forcing or fixing, but from creating the right conditions for the body and mind to respond naturally. Through presence, intention, and carefully held space, we support experiences that unfold at your own pace and in your own way.

  • We deliver immersive 9D Breathwork experiences that combine conscious breathing, multi-dimensional sound, and guided coaching. Each session is designed to support emotional release, reduce stress, and create space for clarity, regulation, and inner connection.

  • Is nervous-system-led and trauma-aware. Rather than forcing outcomes or pushing for breakthroughs, we focus on safety, regulation, and allowing the body’s natural intelligence to lead the process. This creates sustainable change that integrates beyond the session itself.

  • Is to create spaces where people can slow down, release what they’ve been holding, and reconnect with themselves. We believe healing and transformation happen when the body feels safe enough to let go and we’re here to support that process with care, presence, and intention.

Lauren created this space to support people seeking peace, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness and body-based healing practices that gently support the release of stored emotions, meeting you exactly where you are.

Your Questions, Answered

You don’t need any prior experience to join. Every session is fully guided, and you’ll be supported through every step of the journey. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, you’ll be gently coached into the breath pattern and eased into the experience in a way that feels safe and empowering.

WHAT IF I’VE NEVER DONE BREATHWORK BEFORE?


All equipment is provided, including headphones, a mat and eye mask. We recommend dressing in layers or bringing a sweater or shawl, as your body temperature can drop during the session.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING OR WEAR?

WHAT IF I GET EMOTIONAL OR FEEL OVERWHELMED?


That’s completely normal. Breathwork has the power to unlock stored emotions, which may surface during your session. You’re in a safe space where everything you feel is welcome. Emotional release is a sign that your body is healing just allow it to move through you. You're always encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
